  Awful/rude customer service/ Avoid Alex offered us a deal for Black BMW , we signed the offer , sent back to him , he came back asked for more documents we sent to him and only after we submitted everything, he said BTW the Black colour is gone and I can only offer you Blue. and after we question him if that is legally and ethically acceptable? he just said that is it, I cannot do anything about it.

  This company nuisance calls me with an auto-dialer several times a week in the middle of he night. Have just been woken again at 02:30am. I don't understand what their agenda is as I have never done business with them but on a reverse phone lookup it seems I'm not the only one. Please stop harassing me!
